Friends of Blennerhasset School (FOBS)

The Friends of Blennerhasset School play an integral role in supporting our school community through fundraising, social events and building relationships within the wider school family.

As a parent/carer of a child at Blennerhasset School, you automatically become a member of FOBS. However, we also have a committee in place who take the lead in planning, organising and running events throughout the school year. We always need extra volunteers to help at events and new ideas for fundraisers or family/community events would be welcomed.

If you would like to attend the FOBS meetings or join the committee please get in touch. Without the continued support from FOBS, we wouldn't be able to offer our children the fantastic extras throughout the year.

In 2023-2024 the fundraising focus for FOBS was to raise £5000 to purchase a set of 10 new laptops for the children to use in computing lessons. We gratefully received £5000 of funding from FOBS which provided the children with 12 new laptops for use in school.
