End of Key Stage Tests and Assessments
“The government will not publish KS2 school-level data for 2021-22 academic year.
They have archived data from the 2018 to 2019 academic year because they recognise that the data from that year may no longer reflect current performance.”
Reception Year – EYFS (GLD) Good Level of Development data
In 2018-19 86% of children (6/7) achieved a good level of development at the end of Reception.
In 2021-22 71.4% (5/7) children achieved a good level of development at the end of Reception.
Year 1 Phonics Screening Check
In 2018-19 92% (11/12) of children reached the standard for the screening check.
The average score in the phonics screening check for our school was 35.7
In 2021-22 100% of the children that took the Phonics Screening Check met the standard.
KS1 – (10 children, each child represents 10% of the data)
In 2018-19 70% met the expected standard for KS1 70% in Reading, 60% in Writing and 70% in Mathematics.
In 2018-19 30% of Y2 pupils achieved the Greater Depth Standard in Reading and Mathematics and 10% achieved Greater Depth in writing.
KS2 – (10 children, each child represents 10% of the data)
70% of pupils met the expected standard for KS2 in 2018-19 70% in Reading, 80% in Writing, and 80% in Mathematics.
The average school-scaled score for Reading was 101.6 and for Mathematics 102.7.
Nationally, the average scaled score for Reading was 104 and for Mathematics was 105.
No pupils achieved greater depth standards in Reading, Writing, and Maths.
Blennerhasset School Progress from KS1 to KS2 for 2018-19 is as follows
Progress in Reading was -0.7, Progress in Mathematics was -0.4, and Progress in writing was 3.7
