School Governor Roles/Responsibilities
Our School Governors are an integral part of the decision-making, monitoring, and quality assurance of the main elements of our school. Being a Governor is a voluntary role but is one in which you can make a positive contribution to the local school.

Our Governors access a wide range of training to support them in their roles. These include accessing learning modules from the National Governance Association (NGA) which are funded by Cumbria LA. Training through the Local Improvement Service, in-school training, and online core training modules
